Excelsior University Offers Free Tuition Program for New York Residents

Residents of New York who begin an undergraduate degree program in the fall of 2026 at Excelsior University may be eligible for free tuition for their entire degree program! To take advantage, you must register for classes no later than August 28 for the Fall I term and/or October 23 for the Fall II term. However, we recommend checking your eligibility as soon as possible and starting the process at least a couple weeks prior to these deadlines. This opportunity is made possible through utilizing a combination of federal grants, New York state aid, and Excelsior institutional funding for New York State residents that meet the eligibility requirements.
